1. サービスの概要

本サービスは、SWAN Japanの活動に関する情報提供を目的としています。 イベント一覧、組織概要などの一般公開ページはログイン不要でご利用いただけます。 イベントの参加状況確認など、個人に関連する情報の閲覧にはアカウントへのログインが必要です。 本サービスの利用は無料であり、有料サービスや定期購読は提供していません。

2. 会員登録

会員登録には当団体による審査があります。審査を通過した方のみ、ログインが必要なページへアクセスできます。 会員資格はSWAN Japanの活動趣旨に沿った方を対象としており、当団体の判断により登録をお断りする場合があります。

3. アカウントの管理

ご自身のアカウント情報（パスワード等）は責任を持って管理してください。 第三者による不正アクセスが疑われる場合は、速やかにSWAN Japan事務局へご連絡ください。

4. 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します。

• 他の会員や第三者を誹謗中傷する行為
• 虚偽の情報を登録または提供する行為
• 本サービスのシステムや運営を妨害する行為
• 本サービスを商業目的や営利活動に利用する行為
• 適用される法令または公序良俗に反する行為

5. サービスの変更・停止

SWAN Japanはボランティアにより運営されており、事前の予告なくサービスの内容を変更または停止することがあります。 これにより生じた損害について、当団体は責任を負いません。

6. 免責事項

本サービスで提供する情報は、できる限り正確な内容を維持するよう努めますが、 完全性・正確性・最新性を保証するものではありません。 本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、当団体は一切の責任を負いません。

1. About the Service

The Service provides information about SWAN Japan's activities. Most pages — including event listings and organization information — are publicly accessible without an account. Pages showing personal information, such as your event participation status, require login. The Service is entirely free of charge. We do not offer paid features or subscriptions.

2. Membership

Creating an account requires approval from SWAN Japan. Only approved members may access login-required pages. Membership is open to those whose background aligns with the organization's mission, and we reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact the SWAN Japan secretariat immediately.
